Complimentary shipping is available on all orders over €200 within the European Union.

Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, our team carefully prepares your pieces. All orders are dispatched within 2 business days.

Shipping Method
All orders are delivered directly to your doorstep.

Shipping Fees
For orders below €200, the following standard shipping rates apply:

• France: €10
• European Union (excluding France): €15

Delivery Times
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, estimated standard delivery times are as follows:

• France: 2-3 business days
• European Union (excluding France): 3-4 business days

A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to change your mind. Returns are complimentary.

To initiate a return, simply submit a request via your customer account. Our customer care team will send you a prepaid return label within 2 business days. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
