Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Loulène pieces. If you change your mind, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are complimentary within France and the European Union.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and complete with all tags attached.

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please submit a request directly through your customer account on our website.

Once your return request is approved, our customer care team will send you a prepaid return shipping label, along with instructions on how to send your package, within 2 business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through your account will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at hello@loulene.com. if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved.

Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please get in touch with us at hello@loulene.com
